Shipping:
At this time we use the United States Postal Service to ship your order via ground service in the United States. International Shipping may require an additional charge. Shipping times can take up to 5 business days. You will be notified via email if your order is going to take longer.
Returns:
We will gladly accept any returns within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unmounted and uninstalled, with tags still attached and boxes intact, with a copy of the original invoice.
Exchanges:
We will gladly exchange your product for an item of equal or greater value. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unmounted and uninstalled, with tags still attached and boxes intact, with a copy of the invoice. Shipping charges are the customers responsibility for exchange's not due to our error. If there is no error on our part, we do not refund your shipping charges however we will not charge you shipping on the exchange.
Errors:
If there is an error on our part (ex: Shipped wrong size, color, or product) please return the package and we will send the correct item right away without additional charges for shipping. We will also refund the shipping amount to you for the return.
